PPV – Peak Particle Velocity #
The Peak Particle Velocity (PPV) is defined as the maximum value of the velocity vector modulus measured at a given point. The PPV requires the simultaneous measurement of the three mutually perpendicular components of the velocity at the point considered. The three components are combined vectorially to determine, instant by instant, the modulus of the resulting velocity.
PCPV – Peak Component Particle Velocity #
PCPV is defined as the maximum value of the modulus of the velocity vector of each of the three orthogonal components measured simultaneously at a point.
Peak Amplitude #
Graph representing the trend of speed peaks (mm/s) for each component detected by the selected sensor, in the specific time interval set.
Peak Frequency #
Graph representing the trend of the frequency (Hz) for each component detected by the selected sensor, in the specific time interval set.
