Sensor measurements are time-synchronized across the LoRaWAN network, enabling accurate correlation of structural parameters (e.g. tilt, displacement, vibration, temperature). This synchronization is essential for tools like the Modal Analysis or Tiltmeter Chains, which require simultaneous data acquisition across multiple nodes to generate structural indicators and spatial models.
Yes. All devices are IP66 or IP67 rated and built to withstand outdoor and industrial conditions, including temperature variations from –40°C to +85°C. Enclosures are UV-resistant, weatherproof, and field-tested for structural applications such as bridges, tunnels, retaining walls, and construction sites.
Move sensors are powered by high-capacity industrial batteries designed for multi-year autonomy. Battery life depends on sampling and transmission intervals, which are fully customizable via the MyMove platform. For example, a standard acquisition rate of 1 sample/hour typically ensures more than 5 years of operation. Battery status is continuously monitored and visible remotely.
All sensors use LoRaWAN for long-range, low-power wireless communication. This protocol allows deployment in large or hard-to-reach infrastructures without relying on local internet or power lines. Each sensor transmits to the nearest Move Gateway, which forwards data to the cloud via 4G, Ethernet, or Wi-Fi. The system is optimized for multi-node synchronization and large-scale deployments.
