Move Solutions is pleased to announce its participation as an official partner in the conference organized by the Fabre consortium on “Bridges, viaducts and existing tunnels: research, innovation and applications” – 2 to 4 February at the San Francesco Complex, Lucca.
Bridges, viaducts and tunnels are fundamental and indispensable elements for circulation in areas with varied orography and often crossed by rivers. Much of the Italian road network in use today was designed and built in the decades following the Second World War, based on limited knowledge and on the basis of traffic flows of a significantly different entity from the current one. Added to this is the natural degradation of the materials, often accelerated by aggressive environmental conditions, by maintenance that is not always effective, and by little care in the construction of construction details.
